Instead of traditional parent teacher conferences throughout the year, Salem Jr holds mini conferences! The benefits of having mini conferences are that they happen more frequently, teachers spend time calling home for students they have concerns for prior to these conferences, students can receive tutoring during these hours, and families can come meet with the teacher. Mini conferences are divided into two different days so that student can have more time visiting multiple subjects.
