On Monday, May 5, 2025, we had a recognition of students who have made outstanding achievements in the school. Mrs. Hiatt welcomed the students, parents, teachers, and other local leaders.
Mark Tanner is the Director of Youth Services for the Salem/Spanish Fork Kiwanis Club. He recognized the Hope of America students. Each student was nominated by someone at the school, and then each student submitted an application. There were 18 applicants from Salem Junior High School. This program recognizes and encourages students who demonstrate leadership, character, and academic achievement. There will be an award night where the Kiwanis Club will announce the winner of the cash award.
We have 25 students who were recognized with 7-Term 4.0. This is a huge accomplishment and shows a lot of attention to detail, hard work, and personal dedication. Keep it up!
